The Academy of Law and Finance is an educational institution purposely set up to offer specialised courses in the areas of Law and Finance.

The Academy is committed to provide these courses both from a local and international perspective and to work in partnership with students to achieve qualifications based on high levels of knowledge, skills and competences required by the employment market.

The Board of Studies is engaged in the provision of specialised services to Maltese and international trading and holding companies offering a one-stop shop to all its clients and is, therefore, in a pole position to train and coach students to adapt themselves to the work environment.

Paul Xuereb has lectured extensively and trained employees at all levels in strategic planning and in all aspects of management.

Paul is a firm believer that people's talents and capabilities are often under-utilised and has witnessed radical improvements in people after they are professionally trained and coached.

In his other role as management consultant, Paul has assisted business organisations operating in different sectors of Malta's economy. His pragmatic approach and winning mentality contributed to the consolidation of management structures catering for further growth and improved profitability margins. Paul's career in senior management posts spans over many years. He has had international exposure in Europe and Asia.
